To book an appointment, patients must provide up-to-date contact details, including their home address, phone number and email.

At the first visit, a medical history questionnaire must be completed. This ensures safe and appropriate treatment planning.

All personal information is handled in strict confidence and stored in line with Data Protection laws.

Your details will never be shared with external parties without your written consent. You will also never receive marketing communications unless you have opted in.
Appointments

Appointment reminders are normally sent by email or text message one day prior to your scheduled visit.

Please do not attend your appointment if you are feeling unwell. If you are unsure whether you should proceed, contact your practitioner for advice. Many procedures cannot be performed if you have certain conditions such as colds, cold sores or skin infections.

The clinic reserves the right to refuse treatment when appropriate.
Fees & Payment

Full details of any proposed treatment plan, including maintenance costs, will be provided before treatment begins.

All fees are payable in full at the time of your appointment.

We accept cash, debit and credit cards.
Refund, Deposit & Cancellation Policy

A deposit is taken to secure your booking. This confirms your appointment in our schedule.

You may cancel or reschedule your appointment at any time.

If you provide less than 24 hours’ notice, the deposit and any payments made will be forfeited.

This policy ensures we can manage our schedule and provide the best service for all clients.

Refunds are only processed when cancellations are made with more than 24 hours’ notice.
Children & Young People

Patients under the age of 14 will not be treated.

For those aged 14–17, a parent or legal guardian must attend and signed consent must be given by the parent or legal guardian.

Children should not be brought to the clinic.
Discounts, Offers, & Vouchers

Each promotion or offer will have specific terms and conditions, which must be reviewed carefully.
Packages, Gift Cards, & Prepaid Treatments

Packages, gift vouchers and prepaid treatments must be redeemed within 12 months of purchase.
Complaints Procedure

If you have a concern, please contact us by phone or email so we can try to resolve the matter promptly.

If needed, we may arrange an appointment to review your concerns in person.

Should an issue remain unresolved, our formal complaints policy will apply. This policy is available upon request.
Conduct in the Clinic

Please refrain from bringing disposable food and drink containers into the clinic.

Out of respect for others, maintain a quiet and calm atmosphere.

Our staff aim to provide a professional and welcoming environment. Any abusive or aggressive behaviour will not be tolerated.
Event Policy

For events, cancellations made within 48 hours of the start time are non-refundable. This policy allows us to maintain the highest quality of service and preparation.
